Longeviver: financial education for longevity on WhatsApp, with CORRE.SOCIAL
How the Educação Financeira para a Longevidade course, by OLHE and Longeviver, brings text, audio and video lessons on WhatsApp to people aged 60 or over in São Paulo, using CORRE.SOCIAL no-code flows.

The process
Educação Financeira para a Longevidade is a course for people aged 60 or over in the city of São Paulo, with lessons on WhatsApp and in-person meetings. CORRE.SOCIAL implemented the WhatsApp journey together with OLHE and Longeviver:
- Input: the WhatsApp chatbot.
- No-code blocks: paths in text, audio and video; message classification with AI; reminders and re-engagement.
- Output: the course's own messages, on WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp chatbot
- Paths in text, audio and video
- Message classification with AI
- Reminders and re-engagement
How it was without CORRE
Without a WhatsApp journey, the course is limited to the in-person meetings, and following each person depends on the team remembering one by one, by hand.
How it works with CORRE
The lessons arrive on WhatsApp. A short video from the teacher comes with a button to continue; audios with phrases like "I know how much money I can spend each month" invite the person to answer with buttons like "Fits me" and "Doesn't fit me". AI comes in as a block, to classify the messages that arrive, and the re-engagement reminders go out from the same flow.
"CORRE's role was very important in setting up a new way of bringing financial education to the older population of the city of São Paulo."

What we learned
- The WhatsApp lesson coexists with the in-person meeting. The course has both formats, and the flow takes care of the first.
- Text, audio and video on the same path. Each step uses the format that explains it best.
- Reminding is also part of the design. Reminders and re-engagement are blocks of the flow, not tasks for the team.
